Creating a regular self-care routine isn’t just a nice idea; it’s an important one. This practice grounds me, serving as a space where I am able to connect with myself, refocus my mind, and remember the power of rest. For me, relaxation starts with a warm, comforting bath. The way the water surrounds you feels welcoming - encouraging you to allow the day’s worries to float away.
