Doubts and negative thoughts about the future are a common characteristic of those who struggle with adulting. While it's natural to feel insecure when faced with new experiences and situations, these feelings do not always reflect reality. The only way to improve is by acknowledging your fears, doubts, and worries, while giving yourself permission to express what is true.
Leave your fears behind. You were designed to be a positive force in every situation, outcome, and circumstance. However, you may have lost your inner confidence due to challenges, setbacks, and failures.
Let's change that!
We want you to know just how incredible you truly are! Don't underestimate your abilities. Let go of your fears and take flight like a bird – It's time to FLY - the sky's the limit! It's time to reclaim your confidence and speak life into everything you do.
Affirm the following aloud:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
-Philippians 4:13 NKJV
Instructions: Please spend time writing down every doubt and/or worry that comes to mind as you reflect on the skills, values, and characteristics required for your success. Don’t think too deeply as to why you’re having that thought, just write it down. After you have jotted them down, respond to each one with confidence, positivity, and courage.

Meditation is one of the best ways to show yourself love and create an internal atmosphere of peace, positivity, and joy. Once you reshift your focus and give yourself the space to prioritize your thoughts, you are minimizing the need to dilute your own greatness. Go inside so you can remember:
God created you to shine!
